coffee capsules nice bar
the room was super clean and had all amenities i appreciated daily supplies of coffee capsules the bar downstairs was nice i also enjoyed the location it was easy to walk to many places
the coffee and tea options during breakfast could use some improvement they seemed quite limited

excellent location helpful staff elevator noise small bathroom
the location was excellent (i walked everywhere!). the staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations. the room included a comfortable bed. breakfast included fresh fruit and pastries.
my room was near the elevator, and i could hear it working. the bathroom was a bit small and lacked counter space (i had a hard time putting all my stuff).

stylish and convenient stay
great location early breakfast beautiful room comfortable room
the hotel's location is amazing. it is a short walk to the thyssen and prado museums, approximately 10 minutes. gran via is also easily accessible within a 10 minute walk. breakfast begins early at 5 am (this really helped with my early flight). the rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable.
i found myself needing to use two elevators to get to my room, slightly inconvenient. it wasn't a major issue, but it did add a bit of extra time to getting around the hotel.

prime location clean room coffee maker
The location was perfect for walking to popular sights. The hotel was efficiently run and the rooms were very clean. I asked for a bath and a coffee maker and received both in my room.
I had to use two elevators to reach my room. This was annoying. I would have requested a different room accessible from the first set of elevators if I had stayed longer.

central location breakfast options dark room uncomfortable pillows
the location is very central making it easy to walk to popular areas the breakfast had many options i liked scrambled eggs bacon and fruit
the room was dark and cold the heater did not work i was like i was in a prison cell the pillows were also too large and uncomfortable
