the room was super clean and had all amenities i appreciated daily supplies of coffee capsules the bar downstairs was nice i also enjoyed the location it was easy to walk to many places

the location was excellent (i walked everywhere!). the staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations. the room included a comfortable bed. breakfast included fresh fruit and pastries.
the bathroom was a bit small and lacked counter space (i had a hard time putting all my stuff).

the hotel's location is amazing. it is a short walk to the thyssen and prado museums, approximately 10 minutes. gran via is also easily accessible within a 10 minute walk. breakfast begins early at 5 am (this really helped with my early flight). the rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable.
it wasn't a major issue, but it did add a bit of extra time to getting around the hotel.

the hotel is situated near plaza del sol and the prado museum, each about 5-10 minutes away. the area features many cafés and restaurants. it makes exploring local attractions easy, with key sites accessible by foot.

the room was dark and cold the heater did not work i seemed like i was in a prison cell the pillows were also too large and uncomfortable
